Products & Orders

Organic Source offers handmade natural goat milk soaps.

All soaps are handmade in small batches. Because of the natural ingredients used, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or fragrance may occur. These variations are natural and do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.

Product Usage & Skin Sensitivity

Our soaps are made using natural ingredients; however, individual skin reactions may vary.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for checking ingredients before use

  • A patch test is recommended before full application

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products

Our soaps are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Sale prices and promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, product descriptions, images, logos, designs and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of Organic Source. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Organic Source.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.
