We do not add harsh detergents, strong artificial chemicals or unnecessary fillers. Because they are handcrafted, every batch is prepared with attention to quality and skin safety.

What if I receive a damaged parcel?
Please contact us immediately through our helpline, email or social media with your order number and clear photos of the parcel. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange a soap?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the parcel, provided the soap remains unused and in its original packaging. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Why does my soap look slightly different from pictures?
Since every soap bar is handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, pattern or fragrance intensity are normal. These natural differences are expected and confirm the product is handcrafted, not factory manufactured.
